Put My Service On Hold

If you are going to be away from your home for a period of at least three months, you can put your service on hold. Please note, requests to put service on hold must be submitted at least two business days prior to the hold taking effect. You can put your service on hold a maximum of twice per year. Requests to restart service should be made by completing the Resume Service Form at least a week prior to desired service resume date.
