What kind of activities do you do on a typical workday?

My work is a combination of training to help keep associates safe and incident investigation to determine what we can learn to prevent future accidents. This includes dealing with the insurance companies with claims. I also handle a lot of calls from customers and the general public when they believe Granger has damaged something.

We can be very competitive when it comes to customers, but in the safety realm we share and support each other freely.
