Blue Water Online Bill Pay
Please mail your payment for any outstanding invoices from Blue Water to Granger, P.O. Box 22213, Lansing, MI 48909-2213.
First Invoice From Granger
You will receive your first invoice from Granger in July, August or September, depending on your billing cycle.
Autopay
Curby Quick Pay is an easy and convenient way to pay. When your monthly bill is due, Granger charges the credit card number we have on file for you. To sign up for quick payment after you receive your first Granger invoice, contact our Customer Service Department at 1-888-9GRANGER. It’s that easy!
Paperless Billing
After you receive your first invoice from Granger, click here if you would like to sign up for Paperless Billing.
Collection Day
Please check the letter in the Welcome Packet you received from Granger for any changes to your service day.
If you have not received a letter, please contact us.
Containers
We'll be exchanging all Blue Water carts for Granger carts, but it may take us a while to get to them all. Until your cart is replaced, please keep using the Blue Water cart.
Please note that we prefer you use a Granger cart, as non-commercial grade containers aren't made to withstand the same conditions. We can't be responsible for any damage to these personal containers.
If you have a larger, commercial container, we may be exchanging your container for a Granger container. If we will be exchanging yours, we'll contact you to let you know.
Granger observes the following holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day*
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
*Please note if your Granger service day is Wednesday - Friday, your first service day with Granger will be delayed by one day due to the Independence Day holiday.
Kent/Ottawa County Residents
If an observed holiday falls on a Sunday through Friday, your collection will be delayed by one day. If the observed holiday falls on a Saturday, there will be no delay.
Ionia/Montcalm County Residents
If an observed holiday falls on a week day (Monday through Friday), your collection will be delayed by one day. If the observed holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, there will be no delay.
