We're excited to be a part of the West Michigan community and are happy to serve you. To help make the transition smooth, we have a few things to share with you, including important information regarding those who used Green Valley's online billing.

Green Valley Online Bill Pay
Please mail or call in your payment on any invoices received from Green Valley after December 29. You will not be able to use Green Valley’s online payment system.
First Invoice From Granger
You will receive your first invoice from Granger in March.
Green Valley autopay will be deactivated as of January 1. After that date, you will need to pay your bill another way or call the Granger office to set up a new autopay.
After you receive your first invoice from Granger in March, click here if you would like to sign up for Paperless Billing.
Residents in Kent and Ottawa Counties won't see any immediate changes to collection days. If you live in Ionia or Montcalm County, please refer to the letter mailed from Granger for a possible collection day change.
If you have not received a letter, please contact us.
If you have a Green Valley container, keep using it! We’ll replace containers as needed due to wear and tear.
Granger observes the following holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Kent/Ottawa County Residents
If an observed holiday falls on a Sunday through Friday, your collection will be delayed by one day. If the observed holiday falls on a Saturday, there will be no delay.
Ionia/Montcalm County Residents
If an observed holiday falls on a week day (Monday through Friday), your collection will be delayed by one day. If the observed holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, there will be no delay.
